Working Styles
How do colleagues experience working with you?
Based on the well-known Merrill–Reid social styles model, this assessment looks at two visible behaviours: whether you tend to ask or tell, and whether you lead with the task or with people. Together they map to four styles — Analytical, Driver, Amiable, and Expressive.
All four styles are equally valuable; teams need all of them. You'll rate 40 short statements on how well they describe you at work.
What you'll get
- Your dominant style and full four-style mix
- Your position on the 2×2 style map
- Practical tips for working with each other style
There are no right or wrong answers, and nothing here is a test you can fail. You can pause anytime — your progress is kept while this browser tab is open. In this prototype nothing is saved or sent anywhere.
